From Tamworth take the New England Highway North to Bendemeer (approx. 30 minutes), turn left just after passing under the truck speed check, and follow the road around to the Halls Creek Road sign. A blue B&B sign will point you in our direction. Go past the school and a little further on the road becomes unsealed. Once on this you have to go past our front door. Farm Cottage B&B is 9.2 km from this sign (approx. 15 minutes) and is situated on the right hand side of the road with a grey painted post and rail fence (after crossing a concrete causeway).

From Armidale take the New England Highway South. Bendemeer (approx. 60 minutes) turn off is to the right. Cross the river and at the intersection turn left, following the blue B&B sign to the Halls Creek Road sign. Another blue B&B sign will point you in our direction. Go past the school and a little further on the road becomes unsealed. Once on this you have to go past our front door. Farm Cottage B&B is 9.2 km from this sign (approx. 15 minutes) and is situated on the right hand side of the road with a grey painted post and rail fence (after crossing a concrete causeway).

Important: If you are using a GPS, please make sure you enter into it via the New England Highway or Bendemeer. Our road is numbered from the Manilla end which would add another 1 hour onto your trip.
