Farm Cottage Bed and Breakfast nestles in a peaceful valley
on a 1277 acre cattle property. Recharge and relax in the fresh
country air. Farm Cottage is halfway between Sydney and Brisbane
- 40 minutes north of Tamworth.
Wake up to birdcalls, views of rolling hills and gumtrees. Enjoy
an early morning cuppa on the sun-drenched verandah watching the
cows and calves grazing. Have a hit of tennis or relax in the
tranquil garden. After dark enjoy the beauty of the stars in the
clear country sky.
A gourmet breakfast is served in the garden and consists of juice,
fruit, free range eggs, bacon or smoked salmon, fresh herbs straight
from the garden, finished with jams made from our own fruit, freshly
baked bread, tea or plunger coffee. Local produce is used when
in season.
Delicious dinners are available and if you are celebrating, a
romantic candlelit dinner served in the cottage can be arranged.
Pets are welcome (by arrangement) – we have a well-fenced
yard - dog/cat sleeping arrangements are in the sunroom. Horses
can choose between a paddock or yard.
You will leave invigorated by the fresh country air!
Accommodation
The self-contained cottage includes a Queen-sized bedroom and
a trundle bed in the loungeroom. Kitchen facilities include an
electric oven, microwave, and fridge.
All linen, towels, doonas, blankets, fans, heaters, hairdryer,
iron, tea and coffee are provided. The loungeroom has a comfortable
lounge suite, a CD player, books and magazines.
We are environmently friendly and non-smoking.
